                          After fine-tuning the graphic proposal, we began to adapt the design to the rest of the garments that make up your order.

                          When all adaptations are approved, we launch the internal color management process.

                          4 · Production

                          Finally, production begins, which will be controlled and reviewed at different key points in the process.

                          Can you help us with the design and possible inspiration?

                          Our design department will work on your idea with enthusiasm and proactively to give you the best point of view about your equipment and from any point of the process, whether from a simple sketch by hand, to a finished design, or through our configurator. 3D. You can send us your logos in vector format (PDF, Illustrator ...) or JPG with the highest possible resolution (min 200 dpi) and we will contact you to indicate the steps to follow. You can participate by contributing ideas and requesting modifications until you get the desired result. The cost of the custom design is free. (includes 3 versions or changes by the client).

                          What is the minimum order?

                          We can start any customization project that includes at least 7 units per model. For this you can combine any size of the same model.

                          Tell us what you need and we will study your case in a particular way to give you the best advice or the best solution.

                          Samples and size?

                          In any project or interest in customizing products, you can receive samples of clothing, in this way you can touch and see the product "in situ", to be able to assess the quality of the garment, apart from the data indicated in the catalog and the rates. On the other hand, we can also send you a letter with the 1500 most demanded colors, in this way it will be easier for you to have references and see the final result of all of them. We also have a size configurator, where you can indicate your measurements and taking into account the FIT of each model, it will show you the best sizing option. If you put the correct measurements, the recommended size will be the correct one with total security, otherwise, we will take care of repeating the garment for free.

                          The delivery time of a custom order depends on the volume of the order and the season. In any case, the approximate term is 50 days from order confirmation. At the time of confirmation (order and design) we will communicate a more exact delivery date. It will depend on the quantity per model and the number of models that are made in the order. We will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready for dispatch.

                          The minimum order for replacements is 4 units per model. The delivery time is the same as that of a normal order (50 days), since we will have to produce your replacement in the same way as the initial order. Deliveries will be made in less time whenever possible.

                          Custom orders are made expressly for each club and we do not have stock. They are manufactured after a rigorous design and pattern process and always after the confirmation of the team manager. No exchanges or returns are possible, except for manufacturing defects. In this case, after the expert opinion of our Quality Department, we will repair the failure or manufacture another garment at no cost to you, if the error is on our part. In the event that the error is on the part of the client, it can be replaced / repeated as long as he takes charge of the cost of the same. We recommend that you carefully review the order and design that we will send you before confirming, to avoid this type of incident.
